With a light environmental footprint, our eight tents combine the charm of camping with the sophistication of a boutique hotel. An intimate retreat, stay in premium glamping comfort with each offering plush interiors and breathtaking 180 degree water and mountain range views.
Each tent features a large skydome, perfectly positioned for stargazing from your king bed and are fully insulated & air-conditioned for comfort all year round. Opening to an expansive deck with outdoor bath, our tents offer the ultimate outback experience.

Wilderluxe Lake Keepit’s signature experience is its Big Sky Dreaming dinner and immersive Aboriginal meets western astronomy night-sky film, curated by local Aboriginal star-gazer, Uncle Len Waters.
Hosted in the Gilay Lounge, be treated to a communal grazing table including a gourmet selection of local fare, wines, beers and other refreshments. Sit down to an exclusive night sky film experience, uncovering the mysteries of Aboriginal dreaming and western astronomy. Conclude your evening by retiring to the campfire for a nightcap and reflection on all you have discovered.
The Gilay Lounge
Our Gilay Lounge is designed as a central meeting place for the exclusive use of Wilderluxe guests. It features:

Wilderluxe Lake Keepit is not suitable for young children. Older children from 13+ are welcome with an accompanying adult. All accommodation is King or King Split bedding, with no additional bedding or rollaways available.
Our child policy is more flexible for whole of retreat group bookings. Please contact our reservations team to discuss your needs.

There is no charge station for electric vehicles at Wilderluxe Lake Keepit. The nearest Electric Vehicle Charging Station is in Gunnedah, a 30-minute drive (41 kms) from Lake Keepit.
